PeakOne Technology offers an excellent range of affordable and thorough maintenance plans to choose from.

Onsite: Preventative maintenance is normally scheduled once a month depending on the number of computers and servers. A thorough checklist is preformed on the server and all workstations as well as documentation of the network

Remote: PeakOne Technology also offers 24/7 customizable remote monitoring packages for optimal efficiency of your network. Any time a critical event occurs, an email is sent to an on-call technician. In addition, each month the customer will be emailed an easy to read, detailed, end of the month report which illustrates the entire monitored network.

The ability to remotely monitor your network limits risks to workstations, servers and corporate data on a per minute basis.

Below is an example of what could be monitored, it's up to you:

• Daily Backup checks
• Any Windows service and event logs
• Potential server problems such as low disk space, excessive memory usage and disk errors
• Network connectivity PING tests on printers, routers, remote offices and more
• TCP port checks on your client’s server, any external servers and ISP services
• RAID health checks
• SNMP checks to monitor any SNMP-enabled device
• Antivirus failures or outdated definition files.
• Security alerts such as unauthorized users being added to administrator groups
• Exchange services and performance counters

Or blend both Onsite and Remote plans together for the Ultimate Total Package of your Network.
